Shipping & delivery

We deliver to every emirate: Abu Dhabi (including Al Ain and Al Dhafra), Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

Delivery time
• 1 to 3 working days from order confirmation.
• Al Dhafra and remote areas: 2 to 4 working days.
• During sales and busy seasons it can take a little longer; we will let you know if there is a delay.

Delivery fee
• The fee depends on the emirate, starts from AED 10 and is shown in full on the payment page before you confirm the order.
• Free delivery on orders of AED 250 or more.

Tracking your order
• You receive a confirmation after ordering, and you can follow your order from «My orders» in the store.
• When the order ships we add the courier name and tracking number when available.

Before delivery
• Please enter your address and mobile number correctly so the courier can reach you.
• If delivery fails because of a wrong address or no answer, we will contact you to arrange a new time.
