By using the Ahla store (ahla.ae) and ordering from it you agree to these terms.

Products and prices
• Prices are in UAE dirhams, and the price shown when you confirm the order is the price that applies.
• We take care that photos and colours are accurate, but colours can look slightly different on each screen.
• Quantities are subject to stock; if an item runs out after you order, we contact you to replace it or refund it.

Orders and payment
• An order is confirmed once payment is completed or once the store confirms it.
• The store may cancel an order that contains an obvious price or data error, with a full refund.
• Payment is made with the methods shown on the payment page at the time of ordering.

Delivery and returns
• Delivery follows the «Shipping & delivery» page; exchanges and refunds follow the «Returns & exchanges» page.

Your account
• Please keep your password private and tell us straight away about any use of your account you do not recognise.

Offers and coupons
• Each offer or coupon has its own terms and period and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Law
• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
